Hello Everyone! I bagged the 3rd prize in Ethnic Cooking compet**ion organized by 😭🫣😍 Am i dreaming?
Iam just a normal human being who loves to talk about food and cook (Ethnic food especially). But then moment like this motivates me in so many ways to believe in myself and trust the process. I always tell my friends that iam not a great cook, i just enjoy cooking and it give me happiness.

We have Fish fry, Fish Innard chutney and Taro leaves which is a new recipe for me, found through Instagram reel few weeks back, but unfortunately i forgot to save and am not able to find her username. 😇

Ingredients i used for the leaves:
Boiled Taro leaves.
Chopped raw onion.
Dried Chilli.
Dried Basil leaves.
Roated Cherry Tomato and
Sesame Seeds.

And mashed them all together.

I have been planning and dreaming to open a food page on social media since many years for my Veggies and Cooking stuffs. 😊
But I knew to maintain a public account while you are in Hostel or PG would never be easy, I was waiting for the day to come back to my hometown like parmanently and I finally have one today. So it's worth the wait right. 😁

Not an expert here but just to share the things I love to do during my free time.
P.S: The above picture is one of my favourite harvest from the last summer, filled with love. 🌿💚❤️
