سپورٹس اسٹیڈیم نہامہ کولگام میں رضوان میموریل کرکٹ ٹورنامنٹ کا انعقاد یوتھ سروس اینڈ سپورٹس آفسر مشتاق احمد پانپوری نے کیا ٹورنامنٹ کا افتتاح کولگام // :- سپورٹس اسٹیڈیم نہامہ کولگام میں رضوان میموریل کرکٹ ٹورنامنٹ کا انعقاد عمل میں لایا گیا، جس میں علاقے کے 64 ٹیموں کے کھلاڑی شرکت کر رہے ہیں، جس میں محکمہ یوتھ سروس اینڈ سپورٹس آفسر کولگام مشتاق احمد پانپوری بطور مہمان خصوصی شریک ہوئے، تفصیلات کے مطابق سپورٹس اسٹیڈیم نہامہ میں رضوان میموریل کرکٹ ٹورنامنٹ کا انعقاد کیا گیا، جس میں محکمہ یوتھ سروس اینڈ سپورٹس آفسر کولگام مشتاق احمد پانپوری نے اس ٹورنامنٹ کا افتتاح کیا، انکے ہمراہ میڈیا اینڈ سپورٹس ونگ کے ڈاکٹر محمد اکبر اور ظہور اندرابی بھی ساتھ موجود تھے، یہ ٹورنامنٹ رضوان مبارک کے نام پر کھیلا جا رہا ہے، جو حال ہی میں اچانک انتقال کر گئے، مرحوم رضوان مبارک کرکٹ میں کافی مہارت رکھتے تھے، انکے پاس کافی ٹیلنٹ تھا، لیکن پندرہ سال کی عمر میں وہ الله کو پیارے ہوگئے، اس ضمن میں ہی انکے نام پر اس ٹورنامنٹ کا افتتاح کیا گیا، یہ ٹورنامنٹ ناک آوٹ کے طور پر کھیلا جائے گا، پہلا میچ وٹی گام کرکٹ کلب اور پاری ون کرکٹ کلب کے درمیان کھیلا گیا، اس دوران نہامہ کرکٹ بورڈ کے ممبران بھی افتتاحی تقریب میں موجود تھے
