I,Santanu Bhattacharyya resides at my fathers flat at 648 P Majumdar Road, Kolkata 700078. Using a transfer deed rather than a gift deed, my father gave me 1500 square foot apartment in 2019.However, in 2021, my younger brother, Indranil Bhattacharya (9830776843) who resides in his own apartment at 3B 79 P Majumdar Road, Kolkata 700078, stated that he wanted this apartment, A 8 Green Park,648 P Majumdar Road, because he has a family and I,m single, would inherit his apartment at 3B 79 P Majumdar Road New Park Kolkata 700078. He agreed to my father's suggestion that no one would be able to sell those properties; they would just be there.
However, even though my younger brother consulted a lawyer to draft the deed ,he ignored my request to show me the draft. He is ill-tempered and doesn't listen to anyone, but at least I get a flat, so I agreed to go with him to Bhabhani Bhavan along with my father for registration in July 2021.
After two three months of registration of the gift deed, I kept asking my father to tell my brother the deed copy, but my younger brother never did.And my father Sunil Kumar Bhattacharya,94 years old, also told him to give me the deed copy of the flat 3B 79 P Majumdar Road, Kolkata 700078.I doubt the deed ever exits.And despite the fact I am paying everything from tax to maintenance,he intends to grab both the properties despite my father's objection and even harassing me and my son and his wife Sonali Bhattacharya(9830034212) literally prevent him to meet me to me who resides at their flat.And prevent me to meet my father at their flat.
Every time I asked him through messege or phone to provide me with a copy of the flat's (3B 79 P Majumdar Road New Park Kolkata 700078) deed, he avoided the subject by raising up unrelated subjects. However, all I want is a copy of my deed for the flat in New Park. He always insisted that both the flats weren't for sale, but the court-provided deed copy of A ,8 Green Park flat indicates otherwise but he refused to tell the truth.I only want to know the truth.Whether I have any property.And after four years,he now messaged me to collect the deed copy from the lawyer.Rediculous!
I therefore request you to please look into the matter.
