Day 03: Morning nearby beach.
We woke up early in the morning,visited the the nearby beach which was busy and bustling with local fishermen with their late night catches.
A calm environment which can perfectly match with a morning hot cup of tea.
We got ourself ready to say a final good bye from pondy and started our return journey towards chennai international airport via tambaram.On our way we had a good south indian breakfast and had some beautiful sight of backwaters,road lined up with scenic views and trees adding some vibrant colours to the snaps that we took.
On our return leg to Hyderabad I took air india flight offered to me by my company.
To conclude this trip I would definitely liked to have one more day in pondy but time was really a big constraint for us.
Hoping to see again.

Day 02: Pondy
We had a beautiful Bengali lunch and proceeded towards auroville matri Mandir
The way towards auroville is beautiful during the sunset as per my opinion.
The pink red shade over the golden globe auroville has some different vibe added to it.
We made it to the auroville but that day the sudden storm had let us only upto the viewpoint of the matri Mandir,since the entry to the mandir has to be booked in advance which we did not do.
But the storm in the midst of the forest leading to auroville was awestruck.oh wow that was some kind of an experience with rain addded to it.
We moved out and once again visited the night time white town which had a different story altogether with bright lights and people taking light walks down the ally ways.

Pondy day 2:
Early in the day we visited the serenity beach and had a good breakfast from a South India n food outlet.Then we proceeded towards the white town which bears remarkable French culture and architecture.The houses and the Ally ways indeed represents the French culture.We passed by the French embassy and spent some time near the beautiful sunny beach right outside the pondicherry secretariat building which is also the administrative building of the territory.
Since we were not allowed to click photos inside the aurobindo ashram we didn't get a chance to do so.Did some shopping in the ashrams cottage naturals which houses some really beautiful scented incense sticks and room fresheners and a lot of organic stuff at a very minimal price.

Pondy story
It's all about yester evening
This small cafe serves some delicious snacks and has one of the best served coffee and variety of teas.Named as kanni nilam.
The addition of some of the most rarest piece of art and painting and the decor of the place made my mind blow...
I couldn't stop taking photos of each and every corner of this small place.
Oh wow what a place.

On the way from Chennai to puducherry
Distance is somewhere around 135kms with a duration of 3.5 hours.
Accesible by local ac buses ,Uber and rented cars.
Some pass by pictures taken on a laid back Sunday afternoon.
From local salt fields to street side fruit selling vendors, pondi University gate,our resort whilst our stay in pondy and the vibrant coloured locals right beside our stay.Special thanks to my camera all along the way while I was busy clicking these and did perfect justice to these beautiful scenarios.
