তুমি এসেছিলে রবির হাত ধরে,
খুশীতে মোর নেচেছিল অন্তর
বেধেছিল সুর গিটারের তারে।

বেসেছিলাম ভালো কতনা তোমায়
হাজারো স্বপ্ন নিয়ে,
দিন মাস গেল সময়ের তালে
ভেসে গেল সব অগোচরে।

কত বেদনা, কত সুর,
কতনা সুখের কলি,
ফুটেছিল সব নির্জনে নিভৃতে
কেমনে সে-সব ভুলি।

আজ তুমি ডেকে ডেকে
বলছো প্রিয় বিদায়!
হৃদয় মম কাঁদছে আজি
করি শুধু হায় হায়!

ফুরাল মোর ৩৬৫ দিন,
১২ টি মাস এক এক করে,
আজি তব বিদায়ের দ্বারে
হৃদয় শূন্য করে।

যাবে যদি যাও
ফিরে এস আবার, রবিরই হাত ধরে;
দিয়ে গেলাম বিদায়,
স্বাগত জানাবো বলে
স্বপ্ন সোপানের দরজায়,
নতুন আশায়, নতুন ভালবাসায়
নববর্ষে নব চেতনায়।
