The shoot began in the morning at Rumi Gate with a song sequence that had Jammwal and Shivaeeika riding on a motorbike singing a song. The film also stars Mohit Chauhan and Vipin Sharma and during a week-long schedule, will be shot in Hussainabad area, Hazratganj, Lalbagh, among other places.

ആരാണ് മോഹൻലാലെന്നു ഞാൻ പറയേണ്ടതില്ല അല്ലെ..
അതെ അയാൾ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് മോഗൻ ലാലാണ് മുതിർന്നവർക്ക് അയാൾ ലാലേട്ടൻ, പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടവർക്ക് അയാൾ ലാൽ.

ലാലേട്ടന്റെ അഭിനയം നല്ലതാണോ മോശമാണോ എന്ന് പറയാൻ തക്ക അഭിനയിക്കാനുള്ള കഴിവോ സിനിമ എടുത്തു പരിചയമോ എനിക്കില്ല,, പക്ഷെ ലാലേട്ടൻ എന്ന വ്യക്തി തന്നെ അഭിനയത്തിന്റെ കൊടുമുടി നമുക്ക് കാണിച്ച കഴിഞ്ഞു പോയ ഒരു കാലമുണ്ടായിരുന്നു..

അതെ,ആ കാലവും ഇന്നും തമ്മിൽ നമുക്കുള്ളിൽ നാമറിയാതെ തീർക്കുന്ന internal conflicts അതാണ് ലാലേട്ടനെ വിമർശിക്കാൻ നമ്മളെ പ്രാപ്തരാക്കുന്നത്.

നെയ്യാറ്റിൻകര ഗോപന്റെ ആറാട്ട് സിനിമ കണ്ട് വിമർശിക്കാത്തവർ ആരുമുണ്ടാകില്ല, ഞാനും ആ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ മുൻപന്തിയിൽ തന്നെയുണ്ട്, പക്ഷെ അതിലെ ആക്ഷൻ സീൻസിന്റെയും പിന്നെ ഡാൻസിന്റെയും മേക്കിങ് വീഡിയോ നിങ്ങൾ കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ടോ.. ഹോ എന്തൊരു പെർഫോമൻസ് ആണതിൽ, അത് കണ്ടപ്പോൾ ലാലേട്ടനിൽ നിന്നും കണ്ണെടുക്കാൻ തോന്നില്ല, അതേപോലെ ആ പെർഫോമൻസ് സ്ക്രീനിലേക്ക് എത്തിക്കാൻ കഴിയാതെ പോയത് സിനിമയിലെ ഡയലോഗുകളുടെ നിലവാരത്തകർച്ചകൊണ്ട് തന്നെയാകണം.

ലാലേട്ടൻ എന്നും ഒരു വിസ്മയമാണ്.. ഏതു നിമിഷവും അത്ഭുതം സൃഷ്ടിക്കാൻ കഴിവുള്ള മാൻഡ്രേക്ക്.

ആ ചിരിയും മീശ പിരിയും മുണ്ട് മടക്കലും അനുകരിക്കാത്തവർ വിരളം.
കഴിഞ്ഞു പോയ സിനിമകളിൽ ഒപ്പം, ദൃശ്യം ലൂസിഫർ, ബ്രോ ഡാഡി (ഓക്കേ only )ഒഴിച്ച് നിർത്തിയാൽ മറ്റെല്ലാം ആത്മാവ് നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട ശരീരങ്ങൾ മാത്രമായിരുന്നു.

ജനത ഗ്യാരേജിന്റെ ഫസ്റ്റ് ഹാഫിലുള്ള ഒരു ലാലേട്ടനുണ്ട് എത്ര കെജിഫ് ഒന്നിച്ചു വന്നാലും ഇടിച്ചു നിൽക്കുന്ന ഒരു ലാലേട്ടൻ.. ആ ലാലേട്ടൻ ഉറപ്പായാലും തിരിച്ചു വരുമെന്ന് എനിക്കുറപ്പുണ്ട്... ലാലേട്ടനെ നിങ്ങൾ തിരിച്ചു തരണം.. ലാലേട്ടനെ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് വേണം.. വാലിബൻ അതിനൊരു തുടക്കമാകട്ടെ.
