Do not let any thought or option clash in your mind, just concentrate on the breath. Remember, it will be a little difficult in the beginning but after practicing for a long time, a day will come when not even a single breath will go in or out without your knowledge. When you become so proficient, then add the name with the inhalation and exhalation, that is, when the breath comes, say Om or Ram and when the breath goes, say Om or Ram. When you immerse yourself in meditation, then slowly all the senses start coming under your control and when the senses are under your control, then their power is concentrated and they are your friend, then whatever you want will happen. Remember that there is a rule to meditate continuously without getting bored, only then the desire result is possible.
