When O.Ibobi was the CM of Manipur, the State was Flocked with Corruption and lack transparency of Governance. But One Thing Ibobi was good at Is maintaining internal affairs of Law and Order.

In 2010 when a Meitei D.C was killed by NSCN(IM), Ibobi was Fast to again deploy a Section a MR and IRB to Nagas inhabitants areas in Imphal such as Tangkhul Avenue, Ragailong, Nagaram etc.
And again in 2010 two kuki were killed by Meitei In Cheirao Ching He restored normalcy by deploying AR in the Hills where Meitei life was vulnerable.
But in the Case of Biren Singh. He led the AT roam Free in Imphal to burnt down houses and Kill and injured any Kuki in the valley. Criminal roam free without any conscience. The same in the Hills Soo militants are forced to roam free.
So, it is very unFortunate for Mr Singh to be considered a Communal by the Kukis while The Meitei think he sided the Kukis. But to speak the truth His Creation of Arambai Tenggol and his inability to control his Tenggol.
