Dear Citizens,
I Tushar S. Yekhande , living in Kalyan Maharashtra. I Worked as an Animator in the VSwans LLP Company, Sapphire bldge., Behind Telavne Hospital, Tilak chowk, Kalyan west 421301. Job period is from October 2020 to June 2022.
But, from the month of March 2022 to June 2022, the company has held my salary. 13 more employees are there who do not get paid their salaries. Whenever we are going to ask the Company Director Mr. Vikas Balkrishna Khismatrao and his daughter Mrs.Srushti Vikas Khismatrao (MD) about salaries they said that, “whenever they solve their funding issues, then only salaries will be released.”
Those
Whenever we went to ask them to pay salaries everytime they gave us answers like;
Your salary will be paid when the company gets the funds.
Processed for loan.
We are selling our shops.
The party is not responding.
The deal is finalised, the payment is due from the party.
We all met Mr. Vikas Balkrishna Khismatrao (Owner) and his daughter Mrs. Srushti Vikas Khismatrao (Managing Director), and asked them when we would get our salary, but nothing was achieved, only cursory answers were given.
During our service in the company, they gave us certain promises as a company, which are as follows
PF of employees will be started.
Mediclaim will be drawn to the employees.
Term insurance will be provided.
But none of the above-mentioned facilities have been completed.
The detailed statement of salary arrears is as follows:-

2. Monthly salary -> 42,524 Rs
3. Total arrears of salary
for 4 months -> 1,70,096 Rs
4. 7 month overdue P. F.
August 2021 to February 2022 -> 31,668 Rs
5. Total Outstanding (3+4) -> 2,01,764 Rs
This man also having his own construction company registered with the name of V-Infracon and foreign language institute (Franchise of Stanford)
