झारखंड की संताली, नागपुरी, मुंडारी, कुरुख, हो कोरठा जैसी भाषाओं की फिल्मों को आज भी सरकारी समर्थन नहीं मिलता, जबकि हिंदी समानांतर सिनेमा को NFDC जैसी संस्थाओं से मदद मिलती है।

*हमारे सिनेमा को भी मंच चाहिए, हमारी ज़ुबानों को भी पहचान।*

झारखंड में फिल्म नीति तो बनी, लेकिन नहीं मिल रहा कलाकारों को लाभ, किस बात की अबुआ सरकार, कलाकारों में नाराजगी रांची .....

In a remarkable achievement, tribal filmmaker Sanjay Tudu's documentary "Man, Melody, and Dolls" has been selected for the "Ilinden Days 2024 International Ethnographic Film Festival" in Bitola, Macedonia, from July 19 to 26. The screening will take place on July 25.

The film showcases the unique talents and unwavering commitment of Doman Murmu, a puppet artist from the Santhal community, aiming to revive this ancient art form and bring it to an international stage.

This success promises to give global recognition to the Santhal community's puppetry 'Chadar Badani' and the dedication of artists like Doman Murmu.
