सांबा पुलिस ने डीजल की अवैध बिक्री का किया पर्दाफाश, 3 आरोपी गिरफ्तार

सांबा, 23 जनवरी : सांबा पुलिस ने सांबा थाना के अधिकार क्षेत्र में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के किनारे डीजल की अवैध बिक्री का खुलासा करते हुए तीन आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार करने का दावा किया है। पुलिस ने उनके कब्जे से 125 लीटर डीजल और एक ट्रक जब्त किया है।
गिरफ्तार आरोपियों की पहचान कपिल कुमार पुत्र राधे शाम निवासी मंगू चक सांबा, पवन कुमार पुत्र रसाल सिंह निवासी कोटली गुज्जरां गुरदासपुर (पंजाब) और रितिक कुमार पुत्र पप्पू कुमार निवासी चक मंगा रकवाल के रूप में हुई है।
पुलिस स्टेशन सांबा में मामला एफआईआर नंबर 24/2024 दर्ज किया गया है और जांच जारी है।

आरोपी कपिल कुमार, जो डुग्गर हवेली, नानके चक सांबा के पास टायर पंचर मरम्मत 'खोखा' चलाता है, पिछले छह महीनों से अपने 'खोखा' में अवैध रूप से डीजल तेल का भंडारण और बिक्री कर रहा था। पीएस सांबा की सतर्क पुलिस टीम ने आरोपी कपिल को अन्य आरोपियों के साथ गलत लाभ के लिए अपनी 'खोखा' दुकान पर अवैध रूप से डीजल तेल बेचते हुए रंगे हाथों पकड़ा और पुलिस ने प्रथम श्रेणी कार्यकारी मजिस्ट्रेट की उपस्थिति में एक ट्रक भी जब्त कर लिया जिसमें अवैध रूप से डीजल ईंधन भरा जा रहा था
वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक सांबा बेनाम तोश ने कहा कि आपराधिक साजिशों, चोरी और तस्करी पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए सांबा जिले में पुलिस द्वारा गश्त तेज कर दी गई है और अपराध करने वालों को एक के बाद एक पकड़ा जा रहा है।

GDC Samba Commemorate Netaji's Birth Anniversary

The NSS and NCC units of SPPND Government Degree College, Samba, came together in a spirit of unity and patriotism to celebrate the birth anniversary of the revered leader, Netaji Subash Chandra Bose. The function witnessed the enthusiastic participation of NSS volunteers, NCC cadets, students and the staff. On the occasion, an impressive group song was organized to pay tribute to the freedom fighter.
While addressing the students, Dr. Papinder Kumar, ANO, NCC Armed Wing threw light on Netaji's contribution towards the India's freedom struggle and his vision of a progressive India. Prof (Dr.) Twinkle Suri, Principal of the college motivated the students and told that such initiatives not only celebrate our history but also inspire the younger generation to uphold the values and principles for which leaders like Netaji Subash Chandra Bose stood.
The event culminated formally by Prof. Kamlesh Bala, NSS, Programme Officer who expressed her gratitude to all participants as well as the staff members for their active involvement and dedication in making the event a success.

SAMBA POLICE NABBED HARDCORE MURDER ACCUSED “GILKA” ALONGWITH HIS 6 AIDERS

Police exhibiting high degree of professionalism everywhere : SSP Samba Benam Tosh

Samba, Jan 21 : Exhibiting high degree of professionalism, Samba Police has nabbed hardcore criminal Gilka from Doda, who was arrested in Akshay murder case of Gudwal Ramgarh & had escaped from Police Station Ramgarh. Six aiders & harbourers of “Gilka” have also been arrested by police after series of raids in Jammu, Doda and Samba districts.

The hardened criminal Sahil Sharma alias Gilka s/o Rakesh Kumar r/o Near Railway Fatak Vijaypur has been arrested alongwith his six aiders & harbourers identified as Vishwajeet Kotwal s/o Joginder Singh r/o Parnote Premnagar, Sahil Kumar alias Labbu s/o Sham Lal r/o Paloura Jammu, Sushil Kumar s/o Sham Lal r/o Paloura Jammu, Prabhjot alias Minni s/o Mohar Singh r/o Gandoh district Doda A/P Paloura Jammu, Naresh Sharma alias Chuchu s/o Raman Kumar r/o Mahal Shah Ramgarh and Rahul Sharma s/o Sat Pal r/o Rarian, Ramgarh.

A police party of Police Station Ramgarh rushed to Doda previous midnight and arrested Gilka from Panthan, Premnagar district Doda. Gilka was arrested in Akshay murder case of Gudwal Ramgarh FIR No. 93/2023 u/s 302, 148, 149 IPC, 3/4/25 Arms Act PS Ramgarh and on account of his escaping from police custody, one more case FIR No. 6/2024 u/s 224 IPC has been registered against him at Police Station Ramgarh.

The hardcore accused Sahil Sharma alias Gilka has been involved and is involved in seven cases of heinous nature like attempt to murder, extortion, Arms Act, criminal intimidation and assaults cases registered in Police Station Vijaypur and Police Station Ramgarh viz case FIR No. 39/2015 u/s 307, 341, RPC, 4/25 Arms Act PS Vijaypur, case FIR No. 16/2016 u/s 504, 506 RPC, 3/25 Arms Act PS Vijaypur, case FIR No. 141/2016 u/s 307, 341, 323, 34 RPC, 4/25 Arms Act PS Vijaypur, case FIR No. 12/2022 u/s 382 IPC, 4/25 Arms Act PS Ramgarh, case FIR No. 40/2022 u/s 341, 504, 506 IPC, 4/25 Arms Act PS Vijaypur, case FIR No. 93/2023 u/s 302, 148, 149 IPC, 3/4/25 Arms Act PS Ramgarh and case FIR No. 6/2024 u/s 224 IPC PS Ramgarh. He was also evading detention under PSA since last one year.

Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh said that police is exhibiting high degree of professionalism everywhere and is committed to arrest all the accused involved in Akshay murder case and their aiders, abettors & harbourers under law and nobody involved in the criminal conspiracy directly or indirectly would be spared.

*Police crackdown on robbers, dacoits and snatchers underway : SSP Samba Benam Tosh*

Samba, Jan 13 : Samba Police has achieved big success, apprehended five (5) notorious snatchers, solved two snatching cases of Vijaypur and recovered costly snatched items from their possession.

The apprehended snatchers have been identified as Harsh s/o Pammi r/o Vijaypur, Rahul Slathia s/o Pushpinder Singh r/o Gurah Slathia A/P Near Little Angel School Vijaypur, Rajveer Gill alias Kaka s/o Jasbir Gill r/o Gurah Morh Vijaypur, Narinder Sangral alias Nitu s/o Bishan Dass r/o Vijaypur and one more accused.

The accused Rahul Slathia, Rajveer Gill alias Kaka and Narinder Sangral alias Nitu have been arrested in snatching case FIR No. 05/2023 u/s 382 IPC of Police Station Vijaypur, whereas accused Harsh and one more accused have been arrested by police in snatching case FIR No. 04/2023 u/s 382 IPC of Police Station Vijaypur. Further investigation is going on.

Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh said that police crackdown on robbers, dacoits and snatchers is underway in district Samba and police teams are conducting raids at different suspected hideouts of such anti-social elements involved in snatching activities. Some more arrests are likely as police is taking leads and proceeding steadily under law.
