In the hustle of the modern era, where ancient wisdom often takes a back seat, my mom has not only helped me embraced our rich Sanskrit heritage but also helped me to start my spiritual journey in early age of my life.

In this 5-minute video, I am sharing my insights on the Shri Mad Bhagavad Gita, calling it the 'Life Manual.

I am so happy to share that I have learnt 11 full chapters of Bhagvad Gita and have set a personal goal to conquer the remaining 7 chapter by my birthday in July 2024.

– just like electronic items come with manuals, where do we, as humans, turn for guidance when life throws us a curveball?

The rhythmic chanting of the stotram is said to have a calming effect on the mind and help the devotee enter a meditative state.

We all chant it because we saw our grand parents or parents chanting but never asked them “WHY”

Answer is for spiritual growth and self improvement and it is a powerful and sacred hymn that is deeply revered by devotees of all god and goddess.

Today is “Gita Jayanti” and is believed to be the day when Lord Krishna recited Gita before Arjuna.

The precious book consists of 700 verses. Every year this festival is celebrated with the aim that we are able to eliminate the Duryodhana that seeks refuge within us and evolve and become a better person.

Here is our little celebration and effort to not only recite but infuse the meaning of Bhagavad Gita inside us and become BETTER VERSION of ourselves ❤️🤩
