🎨Madhubani Painting🎨

📍 Madhubani art is a style of Indian painting, practiced in the Mithila region of the Indian subcontinent.

📍 This painting is done with a of tools, including fingers, twigs, , nib-pens, and matchsticks and using dyes and .

📍 It is characterised by its eye-catching .

This is the first painting I have made back in 2014. My first ever artwork.
It took me a week to complete this with all the minute details🤗

𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙂𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙖 is popularly worshipped as a 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 of 𝙤𝙗𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙨, both of a 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡 and 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡 order.

𝙂𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙖 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙞 is the celebration of arrival of 𝙂𝙖𝙣𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞 to 𝙀𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙝 from 𝙆𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙝 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙫𝙖𝙩 with his mother Goddess Parvati.

This 𝙃𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙪 festival is celebrated every year during this time as mentioned in the Indian calendar. It starts with bringing the idols of 𝙂𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙖 home or in pandals and worshipping the lord.
