Bharat Mata Mandir Haridwar - which is also known as Mother India Temple, is one of the most visited temples located in Haridwar. The temple is dedicated to Bharat Mata by her devoted patriotic nationals. This religious shrine was founded by Swami Satyamitranand Giri. In 1983, this temple was inaugurated by Late Prime Minister, Smt. Indira Gandhi. Har Ki Pauri, meaning the feet of Lord Vishnu (Hari) is a ghat on the banks of the river Ganga and landmark of the Hindu holy city of Haridwar in the Indian state of Uttarakhand.

It is believed that it is the precise spot where the Ganga leaves the mountains and enters the plains. The ghat is on the west bank of Ganga canal through which the Ganga is diverted just to the north. Chaurasi Kutia: The Beatles Ashram, Rishikesh
Beatles Ashram (बीटल्स आश्रम), also known as Chaurasi Kutia (चौरासी कुटिया), is an ashram close to the north Indian city of Rishikesh in the state of Uttarakhand. It is located on the eastern bank of the Ganges river, opposite the Muni Ki Reti area of Rishikesh, in the foothills of the Himalayas. During the 1960s and 1970s, as the International Academy of Meditation, it was the training centre for students of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, who devised the Transcendental Meditation technique. The ashram gained international attention between February and April 1968 when the English rock band the Beatles studied meditation there, along with celebrities such as Donovan, Mia Farrow and Mike Love. It was the setting for the band's most productive period as songwriters, where they composed most of the songs for their self-titled double album, also known as the "White Album".

Family Time at Janki Setu, Rishikesh
Janaki Setu has been launched by Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat. This has given Rishikesh a lot. It will connect the boundaries of Tehri and Pauri districts of the state.
