Palestinian Dessert Qizha Made of Black seeds is narrated in many Hadiths that Our Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu said : Black seeds have the cure of all ailments except death.
Ingredients;
1. 2 cups of black seeds (nigella seeds)
2. ½ cup of toasted sesame seeds
3. 1 cup honey🍯
4. ½ cup of olive oil
Add the seeds to a blender with 2 tsp of honey🍯 and olive oil and start blending.
- Keep adding 2 tsp of honey🍯 and olive oil after every minute.
- Keep adding 2 tsp olive oil and honey🍯 every 1 for 8-10 minutes. Take breaks every 2 minutes or so to rest the blender.
- Once you reach the desired consistency store it in a jar and it doesn't have an expiration date.
Black seeds have many names : Kalonji, blessing seeds, nigella seeds, has many benefits.
It's most commonly used in desserts in Palestine but you can take a tsp🥄 of it each morning due to its great benefits.

Preparation:

Recipe;
1 bruch 6 or 7 smallish leafy carrots (if using regular carrot use some parsley leaves instead)
600g cooked butter beans (boldbeanco queens here) drained
A good pinch ground turmeric
Pinch cumin seeds
Pinch smoked paprika
Half clove garlic🧄
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp tahini
1 tsp lemon🍋 juice
Salt🧂& Pepper
Instructions;
1 heat oven to 180c. Remove greens from carrots and wash. Mix the carrots with cumin, paprika, salt and pepper and a little olive oil. Roast until very tender.
2. Blend the carrots, beans (keep a few back for garnish) turmeric, garlic, olive oil, lemon 🍋 juice, salt🧂 and pepper until very smooth. Do this in batches and scrape down the sides regularly if necessary to get a silky consistency.
3. Rinse the remaining butter beans with cold water and pat dry with a cloth. Mix into the remaining oil in the carrot roasting tin and place back in the oven for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
4. Meanwhile take a small handful of the carrot tops, bash together with a little olive oil and salt in a pestle and mortar or blender.
5. Spoon the dip into a bowl, top with the crispy beans, carrot top oil, a few carrot top leaves and a pinch of paprika. Swipe at it with bread or veggies.

Recipe:- 👇
Crush garlic in a mortal pestle until it is coarse in texture.
Transfer the crushed garlic to a bowl and add the powdered spices.
Add little water to make a thick paste.
Cover and let it rest for 5 mins.
Heat oil in a pan , add the prepared paste and let it
cook for 6-7 mins.
Add lime juice and coriander leaves.
Add this point, u can transfer the chutney to an air tight jar and store it up to two weeks or more.
Leave some chutney in the pan, add cooked rice and mix gently until the rice is completely mixed with the chutney.
