We're happy to announce our collaboration with the Centre for Advancement of Media and Entertainment Laws (CAMEL SLSH) for a Webinar on "OTT Regulations in Indian and Foreign Jurisdictions" on 7th May 2021.

We're excited to have Mr Tarun Katial as our Resource person for the Webinar.

The Webinar shall help shed some light upon the functioning of OTT Regulations in India while drawing a comparison with the functioning of the same in other jurisdictions around the World.

A criminal defamation case has been filed against Alia Bhatt, director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and writer Hussain Zaidi by Gangubai Kathiawadi's adopted son Babuji Rawji Shah before the Metropolitan Magistrate in Mumbai claiming that the book written by Hussain Zaidi on which the film is based defamatory, tarnishes her reputation and violates his right to privacy and self-respect.
