PRESS NOTE
It is informed that the incriminating evidence against seven accused persons involved in Cr.No.455/2022 U/S 120B,171-B r/w 171-E,506 r/w 34 IPC and Sec 8 of Prevention of corruption Act was submitted by the Senior counsel on behalf the Investigating agency (SIT)/respondents. While submitting the arguments before the Hon'ble High court, he has submitted the evidence collected against each accused by the SIT to the Honourable High court and also furnished copies to all the Advocates representing the petitioners for information and upon their request.
It is learnt that the copies of the same are being telecasted in a certain Telugu news channel. It hereby clarified that the SIT is not responsible or involved in any way in leakage of this information to the media or by any of its members.
