जब एक ओर देश संविधान लागू होने की 75वीं वर्षगांठ मना रहा है, वहीं दूसरी ओर तथाकथित धार्मिक राज्य के नाम पर मनु के विधान को लागू करने की साजिश रची जा रही है।

क्या ग़ज़ब नौटंकी चल रही है, एक तरफ़ प्रधानमंत्री Narendra Modi जी द्वारा संविधान पर सिर पटक - पटक कर संविधानवादी होने का दावा किया जा रहा है तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ़ प्रयागराज के महाकुंभ में हिंदू राष्ट्र के लिए संविधान का प्रारूप को सामने लाया जा रहा है।

भारत का संविधान स्वतंत्रता, समानता और न्याय की गारंटी देता है। इसे मनुस्मृति और चाणक्य नीति जैसे पुराने और भेदभावपूर्ण नियमों से बदलने की कोशिश करने की बात करना न केवल असंवैधानिक है, बल्कि यह आधुनिक भारत की संकल्पना के खिलाफ है।

मनुस्मृति, जो जातिगत एवँ लैंगिक भेदभाव और सामाजिक असमानता का प्रतीक है, को आधार बनाना भारत के संविधान द्वारा प्रदान किए गए मौलिक अधिकारों का सीधा उल्लंघन है। यह कमजोर वर्गों, महिलाओं और समाज के हर उस व्यक्ति के अधिकारों पर हमला है, जिसे संविधान ने समानता का अधिकार दिया है।

यह भारतीय लोकतंत्र के लिए एक गंभीर खतरा है। यह देश को विभाजित करने, कमजोर वर्गों को उनके अधिकारों से वंचित करने और धार्मिक उन्माद फैलाने की एक सुनियोजित साजिश का हिस्सा प्रतीत होता है। यह विभाजनकारी और असमानता बढ़ाने वाला कदम है।

डबल इंजन सरकार को जवाब देना चाहिए कि इस संविधान विरोधी कृत्य को अंजाम देने वाले तथाकथित धर्माचार्य के यहां आपके डिप्टी CM क्या करने गए थे? क्या मुख्यमंत्री योगी MYogiAdityanath का बार-बार प्रयागराज में प्रवास इस एजेंडे का हिस्सा था? अगर ऐसा नहीं है तो संविधान विरोधी सोच रखने वाले इन देशद्रोहियों पर कार्यवाही क्यों नहीं की जा रही?

कान खोलकर सुन लो संविधान विरोधियों भारत का संविधान हमारी राष्ट्रीय एकता, अखंडता और लोकतंत्र की नींव है। इसे कमजोर करने की कोशिश Aazad Samaj Party - Kanshi Ram, BHIM ARMY के संविधानवादी कार्यकर्ता किसी कीमत पूरी नहीं होने देंगे। यह देश संविधान और लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों के आधार पर ही प्रगति करेगा, न कि किसी धर्म आधारित राष्ट्र की अवधारणा से। संविधान को कमजोर करने की हर कोशिश नाकाम होगी।
