In a massive show of support, the people of Langate Constituency gathered for a get-together meeting with Mir Junaid at his residance Langate, ahead of the upcoming Assembly Elections. Mir Junaid sought the people's mandate to contest the election, highlighting the decades-long neglect of the constituency and the suffering of its people due to lack of basic facilities.

The people of Langate Constituency unanimously gave Mir Junaid their full support, assuring him of their backing and hard work to ensure his victory. They declared, "If Mir Junaid needs our blood, we will provide it with pride." The meeting ended with a resounding declaration of support, with the people confident of Mir Junaid's victory with a great margin.

Apr 12, 2024: Mother of a prominent social activist from Handwara Mr Tauseef Ahmad War left this world on 9th April, 2024.

On this occassion, people from different walks of life visited residence of Mr War at Braripora Handwara to condole the demise of his mother. Mr War thanked all those individuals, relatives, friends, organisations, employees, NGO's, politicians, officers from security agencies and near and dear ones who visited their house or called or texted them on this occasion.

In his message issued to the press, Mr War said, " I am indebted to all those people who took their time amidst all the hustle and bustle of life and consoled our family in this time of grief and sorrow". He added, "sharing pains and sorrows makes us human beings and we are fortunate enough to have many good people around who take care of fellow beings in times when they are much needed".

Tajamul Sadeeq, the son of Mohamad Sadeeq and Nargis Begum, hailing from Haftrada, Kupwara, has carved a niche for himself through dedication and hard work, becoming a prominent figure in the legal and social spheres of Jammu and Kashmir. At the young age of 27, Tajamul's journey is a testament to his commitment to societal upliftment and justice. His educational path saw him pass his 12th from HSS Vilgam, laying a solid foundation for his future endeavors. His academic pursuit continued as he went on to secure a BALLB degree from Kashmir University, where he not only excelled academically but also revived student activism, demonstrating his early inclination towards social change and empowerment.

Tajamul's passion for social justice steered him towards working with various NGOs, dedicating himself to the upliftment of the underprivileged. This phase of his life was marked by significant contributions to society, reflecting his deep-seated values of empathy and service. His transition into practicing law at the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir was a natural progression, allowing him to advocate for justice on a broader platform.

Throughout his journey, Tajamul has been supported by his elder brother, Rayees Chaudhary, a dedicated member of the JK Police, whose guidance and encouragement have been pivotal to Tajamul's achievements. Additionally, friends like Asif Iqbal Shayiq( PhD Law),Altaf Ganderbali( Ex Chairman Muncipal council Ganderbal), Prof Mohamad Hussain (HOD Law K.U),Adv Waseem ( High Court), Adv Ahmad Javid( High Court) , Adv Shubli khan, Adv Hasnain( Supreme court) ,Adv Sayeed Abid, Adv Vikram Azad( Govt Advocate) ,Adv K.K Wangnoo, pirzada Tafazul have played instrumental role.
