Article (64) A -Trust •– Pjss एक छोटे समूह के स्वयं सेवकों के द्वारा प्रबल भक्ति इच्छा व नेक कर्म की दृष्टि से अपने उत्तराखण्ड की संस्कृति,परंपरा, पर्यावरण एवं अपनी स्थानीय भाषा कुमाऊनी गढ़वाली के बचाव एवं संरक्षण के प्रबल उद्देश्य वह इच्छा की दृष्टि से Article (64) A के तहत एक ट्रस्ट बनाया गया है। जिसे Pjss के नाम से जाना जाएगा। Pjss के शुरुआती चार लक्ष्य

1. हमारे पहाड़ों में छुपे हुनर की अपार स

ंभावनाएं हैं। Pjss का मुख्य लक्ष्य पहाड़ों व पहाड़ों के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के युवाओं को उनका हुनर दिखाने के लिए विश्व स्तरीय मंच व सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करवाना है ( खेलकूद कला रंगमंच संगीत नृत्य व अन्य सभी)

2. पलायन को उत्तराखंड से जड़ से उखाड़ फेंकना जो कि उत्तराखंड की उन्नति मुख्य बाधा है।

3. पहाड़ों में रोजगार एवं स्वरोजगार की संभावनाओं को बनाना एवं बढ़ाना।

4. पहाड़ों में शिक्षा व पर्यटन के मानकों को नई ऊंचाइयों पर ले जाना।

"अगले वर्ष से pjss का स्थापना दिवस फूलदेई (पहाड़ियों के फूल का त्यौहार) के दिन ही मनाया जाएगा ,जिसको भव्य रूप से फूलदेई त्यौहार को देश-दुनिया में पहचान दिलाने की दृष्टि व प्रबल इच्छा से Pjss के स्थापना दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाएगा। "

PJSS is Aim to focus on four Core Areas-

• Providing a world class platform and facilities for hidden rural hills talents,which includes all sports and cultural and entertainment events.

• Eradicating the getaway from hills.

• Creating the self employment in rural hilly areas.

• Enhancing the standard of education and
