“I am a big fan of money”
"I like it, I use it, and I have a little."
I haven’t heard a more honest and humorous answer than this, in any interview
This statement as an answer to a question about your experience or capabilities in a job interview might be considered humorous and lighthearted.
But this might also offend interviewers in a real life scenario.
It has its own Pros & Cons to being this honest & witty
Talking about Pros, this can be a memorable response and can present yourself as someone who is very confident.
Cons could be its ‘lack of relevance’ and some might consider it lack of professionalism.
In my view, it’s ok to be honest about your view on money and you can state that professionally by saying something like:
"I value financial stability as it enables me to pursue my career with peace of mind and invest in personal growth opportunities."
However, it is important to highlight the following when you lack experience:
1. Focus on Transferable Skills:
If you lack direct experience, emphasize transferable skills gained from academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities that are relevant to the job.
2. Highlight Eagerness to Learn:
Express your enthusiasm for the opportunity to learn and grow in the role. Emphasize your willingness to adapt and acquire new skills.
3. Be Transparent about Your goals.
If financial stability is a significant motivation, share your goal to secure a stable job and build a successful career to ensure financial independence.
4. Discuss Motivation and Passion:
Explain how the job aligns with your interests and long-term goals, beyond just financial aspects.
5. Demonstrate Work ethics:
Showcase examples of your strong work ethic, determination, and dedication to achieving success in your career.
6. Be Open to Feedback:
Acknowledge your current level of experience while expressing a desire to learn and improve with guidance from experienced colleagues.

What makes great leaders do the impossible?
There’s certainly immense pleasure in achieving what others think you can’t achieve, but why do great leaders feel like doing that.
Like Mr. Ratan Tata, there have been many leaders who achieved remarkable feats despite skepticism from others, i.e., Elon Musk, Oprah Winfrey, Steve Jobs, J.K. Rowling, and Richard Branson.
And I wonder what makes them do that often?
Among several factors, the biggest is legacy-building.
Achieving what others thought couldn’t be done contributes to a leader’s legacy.
It cements their place in history as someone who made a significant impact and defied the odds.
The desire to leave a lasting impact and be remembered for their accomplishments is a powerful motivator for many leaders.
Building a legacy goes beyond personal satisfaction; it becomes a way for leaders to contribute to their community, organization, or even the world.
It allows them to shape the future and inspire others to follow in their footsteps, continuing the cycle of progress and innovation.
