Asomiya Pratidin was established in the year 1995. Asomiya Pratidin is the only newspaper which has four editions. They are published from Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Bongaigaon and North Lakhimpur. Our immense popularity in Assam and North-east led to the inclusion of Asomiya Pratidin in the LIMCA BOOK OF RECORDS - 2008 as one of the most highly circulated newspapers in India. We are the only newspaper

house of the state to have appeared along with the likes of The Times of India, Dainik Bhaskar and Ananda Bazar Patrika. Jayanta Baruah and Asomiya Pratidin has also been awarded by our honourable Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh in the year 2008 for the outstanding contribution of vernacular daily (ILNA).

Our Story

Asomiya Pratidin is a leading Assamese daily established in 1995. Asomiya Pratidin, the lone publication of Assam, with four editions published simultaneously from Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Bongaigaon and North Lakhimpur.
