A recent video posted by an Indian tourist in Sikkim has gone viral on social media, showcasing the unique content and exemplary discipline of the Sikkim Police in their duties.
We extend our heartfelt salute to our state border land army and police personnel for their sacrifices and unwavering commitment to maintaining safety and peace for the welfare of the Sikkimese people and the many tourists who visit. As one of the brother's lone state, including the seven sisters of Northeast India, Sikkim stands out as a perfect destination for tourists, often likened to Switzerland and other European countries, earning its reputation as a "heaven on earth."
The state boasts a dedicated police force that works tirelessly to uphold strong laws and ensure the safety of its citizens, maintaining impressively low crime rates while operating around the clock without holidays for 24×7.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Sikkim, Shriman Prem Singh Tamang-Golay, for his visionary leadership and selfless service in upholding law and order. Lastly, we extend our thanks to the police officers and personnel for their commitment to providing safety facilities and their prompt responses to various concerns, ensuring the well-being of all.
*Let us all come forward to contribute in this viral video post to support our police forces, respecting their sacrifices in the service of maintaining peace and safety for our people in the state."
