At this point, we are sick of being sick. It has been over a decade since the Nirbhaya case, and our country is still stuck in the same place—what a sad state of affairs. Court trials after court trials, delaying justice for the victims and their families, have become a vicious pattern. We want nothing but justice for the victims and safety for the rest of us. Carrot Films stands in solidarity.

Countless people have gone through blatant victim-blaming, for as long as one can remember.

These texts are based on real life experiences that have created long lasting effects not only on the survivor’s mental health but also how victims are perceived in the society.

We stand in solidarity against holding people accountable for the harm that befell them.

Inseparable like চপ-মুড়ি. My childhood friend Sunny is now working in Delhi for Carrot Films - making documentaries, music videos and a lot things for last 7 years. He has travelled and shot a lot of films. Films that can actually bring some change in grassroots of India. Sunny had a shoot in Purulia for UNICEF. We hardly meet, that’s why we went together, to work and spend some time. I am telling you all this because he is my best friend and I am proud of him, you should follow the amazing work that he and his company is doing.
