Easy and tasty
Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 1 pc.

Milk - 0.5 l.

Cream - 100 ml

Garlic - 3 cloves

Hard cheese - 100 g

Butter - 25 g

Salt to taste

Ground white pepper to taste

Cooking method:
In a small saucepan, mix milk and water in equal proportions, add salt to taste and put on fire. When the mixture boils, add cauliflower to it, after disassembling it into small inflorescences. Boil for 10 minutes.

Grate the cheese. Mix half with cream, finely chopped garlic and ground white pepper.

Grease a baking sheet with butter, lay out the prepared cauliflower and pour over the cheese-cream mixture. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and leave for 10 minutes. After - sprinkle the dish with the remaining cheese and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
