হিংসা, মিথ্যাচার, কথা লাগানো এবং ডার্টি গেইম বাংলাদেশ কমিউনিটির সব থেকে বড় ইস্যু!
সবথেকে ভয়ংকর বিষয় এটাই খুব চেনা মানুষ যাদের দেখলেও মনে হয়না ডার্টি গেইম খেলতে পারে তারাই কাজ গুলো করে! তাই দর্শক রা অনেক দিক দিয়েই অন্ধ এই কমিউনিটিতে।

ছোট্ট একটা ঘটনা বলি, ২০২১ এর দিকে আমার কাস্টিং এর ফ্যানবেস মোটামুটি ভালো,প্রায় প্রত্যেকটা ট্যুরে আমাকে কাস্টিং এ দেখা যেতো। এরপর হলো গেইম ব্যান!

ব্যানের সময় ইন্ডিয়াতে ছিলাম। নর্ডউইন এর অফিস টা আমার থেকে ৪-৫ ঘন্টার দূরুত্ব। লিখিত একটা স্টেটমেন্ট নিয়ে ব্যানের মধ্যে খেলা কন্টিনিউ এর জন্য নিজে যেতে চেয়েছিলাম নর্ডউইনের অফিসে।

সেটা শুনেই একদল লোক বলে দিলো আমি নাকি নর্ডউইনের এজেন্ট।শুধু এটাই না ইন্ডিয়া তে থেকেও পাব্জি বাংলাদেশের গেমিং কমিউনিটিতে কিভাবে আছি তা নিয়ে প্রশ্ন তোলা হয়! পয়েন্ট নোটেড, ওই সময় আমার কোচিং এর আন্ডারে ছিলো নেপালী টিম Raw। সাধারণত কাওকেই আমি এসব নিয়ে প্রচার করি না। কোনো একটা ভিসিতে বা স্ক্রিনশটে আমার টিমের গ্রুপের নোটিফিকেশন দেখা যায় "Raw" এই নামটা।

শুরু হলা বলা, আমি নাকি Indian Raw এর এজেন্ট। জাস্ট চিন্তার বাইরে তাল থেকে তিল হয়ে গেলো।এরপরের ঘটনা আর নাই বলি।
বুঝা হয় গেলো এই কমিউনিটি তে কাওকে চাটা তেল দেওয়া, কমিউনিটি হোল্ডার দের সাথে রাতে মুভি / Anime না দেখলে, ভিসিতে রাতে একসাথে না ঘুমালে এক্সট্রা Uc, গেইম স্ক্রিন পাওয়া মুশকিল। দেশী বিদেশী বেশ কয়েকটা টিমে কোচ ছিলাম কখনো কারো কাছে থেকে ১ Uc ও নিই নাই।নিজ থেকে দিতে চাইলেও না করতাম। কারো আমার এসব পা চাটার স্বভাব ছিলো না।

আরেকটা ছোট্ট ঘটনা বলি, কমিউনিটির খুব ই পরিচিত একজন আমাকে নিয়ে আবার কন্ট্রোভার্সি শুরু করলো আমার কোচিং করা টিম গুলো নিয়ে। আমি কিভাবে বিদেশী টিম গুলোর কোচ হয়ে গেলাম, একসাথে ৪ রিজিয়নে কাজ করেছি হাবিজাবি নিয়ে।
মজার কথা হলো,যারা এই কন্ট্রোভার্সি করে সে/তারা আমাকে টেক্সট দিয়ে সসহানুভূতি জানায়।

সব জেনে বুঝে কথা গুলো চেপে যাই। দরকার কি! এগুলো নিয়ে দুইটা কথা বলাও টাইম ওয়েস্ট। কন্ট্রোভার্সিতে না জড়িয়ে কাজে ফোকাস করাটাই বেটার বলে মনে করেছি। কিন্তু হয় নি! কাস্টিং টাই হারিয়ে যায়।

ব্রাভো ভাই কেনো গত দেড় বছরে একটা লোকাল ট্যুর্নামেন্ট ও কাস্টিং করে নি এটার উত্তর শুধু আমি ই জানি। আর এই কমিউনিটি নিয়ে আমার চিন্তা ভাবনা? সেটা অনেক আগেই শেষ।

As the coach, this marks my fifth consecutive appearance in PMPL, and this time, I am determined to lead the team to victory in the Pakistan region. Fingers crossed for a successful outcome as we give our best shot. Let's aim high and hope for the best!

I am thrilled to announce my new role as the Head Coach of SkylinexThe Grounders. It is an exciting opportunity for me as I embark on a fresh journey in the Pakistan region, after having worked extensively in Arabian, Africa, EU, India, and South Asia regions.

Anik "Bravo" Bhowmik is a former Esports athlete who has transitioned to become an Esports coach and now an Esports caster. He is also a documentary photographer who enjoys traveling and capturing people's stories through his lens.

Since his childhood, Bravo has had a passion for sports commentary. He started by commentating on his friends' gameplay, and his skills were so impressive that his friends encouraged him to become an Esports caster. In 2020, he made that dream a reality.
