Mahesh Bhatt is an illegitimate child. That is why Mahesh Bhatt did not give much importance to relations like marriage. Shilpa Shetty was about to board her Germany bound flight when she was stopped by the immigrant officials. Reportedly, a court in Rajasthan had issued a look-out notice to her disallowing her from travelling outside India. This was following obscenity charges filed against her for kissing the Hollywood star Richard Gere in public.
However, Shilpa’s name was already cleared by the Supreme Court and the officials were reportedly unaware of the same. It took a lot of convincing, proofs and papers for the actress to be let off.

Actress Anushka Sharma hit the headlines after she was detained by the customs department at the Mumbai airport while she was returning from an award function.
The actress was crossing the green channel and the officers suspected some costly metal in her bag. On being reportedly asked to open it, all found that she is carrying the ornaments worth of around Rs 45 lakhs. Along with this, she was having two rings worth of Rs 9 lakhs.

Bipasha Basu fell into this category not rather unnecessarily like the others. On her way from London, the actress carried a huge shopping bag which fell into the eyes of the custom. They quickly detained her. However, on realising that there isn't much to hold the actress in captivity for, upon producing Rs 12,000 as a duty, Bipasha was whisked out and right into the safe confines of her home.

After her appearance at the international film festival of Cannes, Minissha was making her way back home when she was detained at the airport for carrying undeclared jewellery worth Rs 50 lakh.
When questioned, she reportedly told the officials she wasn't aware of the procedure. The actress was apparently released only after 16 hours of interrogation!

Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel has been on the offensive against Alia Bhatt for some time - either questioning her acting skills or slamming her for staying away from political comments. Alia’s dad and filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, however, does not want to comment at all on this. Calling Kangana a “bachchi”, Mahesh said that he would not like to comment against someone who started her Bollywood journey as an actress from his production company Vishesh Films.

In an earlier interaction with media, Kangana had termed media’s comparison of her performance with Alia’s Gully Boy an “embarrassment”. “Media have taken filmy kids love too far. Stop pampering mediocre work or else bar will never be raised,” the Manikarnika actress had said.
