इंसान के दुखों और परेशानियों का मूल कारण अक्सर अज्ञानता होती है। किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या का निदान उसके मूल कारण का विश्लेषण करके किया जा सकता है। हमें अपने बारे में अच्छा सोचने का पूरा अधिकार है। परंतु किसी के बारे में अपनी राय बेधड़क प्रकट करने से हम अक्सर उनको अंजाने में तकलीफ़ दे जाते हैं। ध्यान रहे, मूल कारण जाने बिना कहीं भी अपनी प्रतिक्रिया ना जताएं।

Root Cause Analysis

Instead of hacking at the leaves I should be digging at the roots to discover the solution to the problem. I can address to the root cause and fix it wisely by working upon the problem behind the problem.

इस अनमोल जीवन का लक्ष्य बनाकर में उसे प्राप्त करने में लग गया हूं। मैं इंतज़ार नहीं कर सकता, क्योंकि मेरा जीवन मेरी सोच से भी तेज़ निकल रहा है। मेरा बनाया हुआ रास्ता मुझे मेरी मंज़िल तक पहुंचाएगा। मुझे सिर्फ अपनी सोच को सकारात्मक रखना है तथा लक्ष्य की ओर बढ़ते जाना है।

LIFE

While getting older I have started realising that life is more fragile than it appears to be. And this makes me to leave my bed joyfully each day. If I want to see the rainbow, then I should put with the rain.

शमिता काकी पति के गुज़र जाने के बाद अपना जीवन बेटी पर समर्पित कर चुकी थीं। वृद्धावस्था के पड़ाव पर पहुंच कर अहसास हुआ कि एक साथी की ज़रूरत है। परन्तु बेटी तथा समाज के डर ने उनके कदम रोक लिए। विधवा के रूप से निकल कर एक सुहागन का रूप लेना आसान नहीं था।
क्या एक ज़िंदगी को इसी तरह तबाह होना लिखा था? यह किसका विधान था ..... समाज का या विधी का?

Learning how to re - engage with yourself with the sense of self- love and self - acceptance is a blessing on many of the single women who are in their 60s. The reason behind being single could be hurt, divorce or the early demise of the life partner. The term Romantic Relationship is defined entirely different at this stage of life. Looking for a life partner over 60 is more about having fun and a partnership of equality.
