About Us:
Dynamic and innovative organization seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to serve as a Business Partner for our Founder/President. We operate on a global scale, and our success is driven by our commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Traveling with the company MD - Founder & CEO globally
- Providing personal and professional assistance to the Founder/CEO
- Acting as the key point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screening and directing phone calls, distributing correspondence
- Handling requests and queries in a professional and timely manner
- Managing the diary, scheduling meetings, and appointments
Making international travel arrangements
- Taking dictation and minutes during meetings

Requirements:
- Willingness to engage in frequent international travel
- Proven work experience or strong interest in serving as a Personal Assistant
- Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Open-minded and adaptable to evolving responsibilities
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving
