Do you know what is ‘fbclid’ ? This is a Facebook click id or tracking parameter used by Facebook to consider the click ids received from Facebook as user ids so that they can be treated as individual tags while they access the website. However this can be removed from your analytics dashboard by following the steps below:
- Go to Admin -> View settings
- Add the ‘fbclid’ parameter in the “exclude url query parameter” box.
However this is applicable only for future data and not for the past history of data or current data.

Did you know that Google has introduced a bulk data export update as on 21st February 2023?
This feature allows you to export data from Search Console to Google Big Query on an ongoing basis. This update would be helpful to ensure xport data of the websites with thousands of pages or those receiving traffic from thousands of pages.

One major development for marketers and digital analysts, business owners who have a website or online business is that they have to get acquainted with GA4.
Unlike the universal analytics , where you can track demographics and behaviour goals, Google analytics 4 is specific for events. There are built in events which get automatically generated. Hence you need to go to Admin and create Custom Definition. Then it takes time to get imported as events, Incase you want them as conversions, you need to check the box “Mark as conversion”.
