ਅੱਜ " ਏਕ ਸੋਚ" ਸੰਸਥਾ ਅਤੇ "ਸਾਂਝ ਜਾਗ੍ਰਿਤੀ' ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਲੋਂ ਐਮ. ਜੀ. ਡੀ. ਸਕੂਲ ( ਗੂੰਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਬੋਲੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ) ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿਚ " ਚੰਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਮਾੜੇ ਸਪਰਸ਼ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਅਸੀਂ ਬਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਪੈਸ਼ਲ ਟੀਚਰ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਸਪੈਸ਼ਲ Siqn ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਝਾਇਆ
ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਬੜੀ ਰੁਚੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਭ ਸਮਝਿਆ। ਦਿਲੋਂ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਮੈਡਮ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਸਟਾਫ ਦਾ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਉਪਰਾਲੇ ਲਈ ਆਪਣਾ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਇਆ।

ਅੱਜ ਏਕ ਸੋਚ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਵਲੋਂ 8th ਤੋਂ 12th ਕਲਾਸ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ "Good & Bad Touch, Social media impact and Personal Hygiene ਆਦਿ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਝਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।ਉਮੀਦ ਕਰਦੀ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਬੱਚੇ ਇਸ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਰਿਕ ਤੋਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਬਨਾਉਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੀ ਸਿਰਜਣਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ।

ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਾਂ ਦੇਣਾ ਉਨਾ ਹੀ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਦੂਜਾ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਾਂ ਬਿਤਾਉਣਾ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਸਾਰੇ ਦਿਨ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਘੰਟਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਲਈ ਕੱਢਣਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।
ਮੈਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਇਹੀ ਕਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਆ ਕਿ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਣਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਕੁਝ ਇੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਣਾ, ਸੋ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਨਿਮਰਤਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਹੋ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਦਿਲ ਨਾ ਦੁਖਾਊ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਹੱਬਤ ਕਰੋ। 😇🙏
