Kaman Aman Setu is a bridge that connects India to Pakistan and was opened for the historic cross-LoC Karawan-e-Aman bus service. This bridge connected the divided families from both the countries and had become a symbol of Peace.

Now, the Indian Army has opened it for the tourists coming to the Valley.

Now, that the Kaman Post has been opened, we wish that areas like Rustum should also be opened for tourists. It will help the people of Uri a lot. There are many people who wana see the two main power projects in the area as well. It will benefit the local people as well.

The Uri-II hydroelectric plant is the second run-of-the-river power project on the Jhelum River in the 📍Uri area of Baramulla District, Jammu and Kashmir.The state-owned National Hydro Power Corporation (NHPC) developed the project. The 240MW Uri-II power plant consists of four 60MW generating units. Three of the four units were commissioned by the end of 2013 and the plant began commercial operations in March 2014. The project was formally inaugurated in July 2014.
