My 2024 was all about nurturing—learning so much about motherhood, navigating postpartum, rediscovering myself, spending time with family, carving out moments for myself, and prioritizing close relationships. Having a partner who knows how to support you emotionally and mentally during pregnancy and postpartum is truly priceless.
I honestly don’t think I could have made it through without Chiranth’s unwavering support. I’m so grateful to have him by my side.
He’s been the best father and husband I could have asked for. I’m incredibly lucky to have him. 🥰🥰🥰

I also returned to work just two months after postpartum, which honestly felt like a breath of fresh air! The rest of the year flew by with exploring new restaurants, shooting, Kavin’s Naming Ceremony, a staycation with family, movie nights with friends, attending family weddings and of course, plenty of eating out and cherishing quality moments with loved ones.

In 2025, I’m excited to create a lot more content for all of you! I can’t wait to get back to work full swing. With a toddler now, I know it’s going to be challenging, but I’m so grateful for the support you’ve shown me throughout my journey. I truly hope you’ll continue to support me as I move forward!

One of the best Christmas trips I’ve had was in 2018, when I spent the holiday season in London with friends.
The city was beautifully adorned with festive lights, Christmas markets, and a magical atmosphere that made everything feel extra special. We explored iconic landmarks like Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, where we enjoyed ice skating, mulled wine, and the festive carnival rides.
The bustling Christmas markets along the Thames and Covent Garden offered unique gifts, delicious treats, and a true sense of holiday cheer. From the twinkling lights on Oxford Street to the cozy pubs with seasonal menus, it was a Christmas trip filled with laughter, unforgettable memories, and the kind of warmth that only great friends and London’s holiday spirit can provide.
It truly felt like stepping into a Christmas wonderland.

And just like that, we’re almost saying goodbye to 2024. November was filled with lovely memories, spent some quality time with family and friends. We shared cozy moments together, watching movies and enjoying meals out, savoring each other’s company. Attended a family wedding, where we celebrated love and connection.
It was a month of warmth, laughter, and cherished moments that we’ll always remember.

- A hidden gem in namma Yelahanka, is truly one of a kind.
Set on a beautiful half-acre piece of land, this stunning 3-bedrooms home stay accommodates upto 7 guests offering an enchanting blend of old-world charm and modern comfort.

This was our first staycation post-baby Kavin, and honestly, I had my share of worries. Traveling with an infant felt daunting, but the Dhakshini Vintage Project made it an experience I’ll cherish. 

From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the intricate antiques and vintage decor that made the place feel like stepping back in time.
Despite being filled with artifacts, the space was impeccably clean, cozy, and had a warmth that instantly made me feel at home. 

We did face one downside, Bangalore’s unpredictable weather! The constant rains kept us indoors more than we would have liked, and we missed out on dining in the charming outdoor garden area, which looked absolutely inviting.

For families looking for a sophisticated yet cozy getaway, the Dhakshini Vintage Project is perfect for gatherings, intimate celebrations, or even a relaxing time with your family. The serene, artistic atmosphere feels tailor-made for anniversaries, birthdays, or special moments.

Now let’s talk food! Everything we tried was simply delicious, and freshly prepared in their in-house kitchen. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options were available.

Dhakshini is a great weekend retreat, just 30kms from Bengaluru, and offers the best of both worlds.
If you’re into timeless beauty, artistic spaces, and cozy vibes, this is your place. Chilly studio highly recommends!

Perfect honeymoon spot or plan a weekend trip with your buddies.
Surrounded by the river Nombili and coconut palms, The Lalit Resort and Spa is one of the luxury properties located in god’s own country.

The villas are all equipped with jacuzzis and you get access to their gym, ayurvedic spa, and many more amenities.

The highlight of our entire trip was the amazing bamboo raft boat ride. It felt so surreal and magical. It’s definitely a must-try!

Whether it’s a special occasion or a vacation, you’re bound to make special memories at this resort.
They also host parties, you can book them for a pre-wedding shoot or a mini get-together.

For someone who wants to get away from the city chaos, this would be a perfect getaway.
You get to witness the calmness of the backwaters and the soothing sea.

We recently explored a new gem in Indiranagar called Ouzo by Fire, and as vegetarians, we were initially skeptical given its Mangalorean/Goan cuisine focus. To our delight, we discovered a treasure trove of amazing vegetarian options at this seafood-specializing restaurant!

The indoor seating is spacious and vibrant, with art pieces that perfectly complement the coastal cuisine. For larger gatherings, the outdoor terrace seating is just perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and took us through the vegetarian thali menu, making us excited to try everything they had to offer.

Despite being a fine dining restaurant specializing in coastal food, Ouzo by Fire impressed us with their vegetarian menu. Their unique cocktails and mocktails with a Goan twist are a must-try; we particularly loved the jamun gin cocktail, which was the perfect way to unwind after a shopping spree in Indiranagar.

We began our meal with a refreshing kokum sharbat, served alongside pickles and papads. The tomato rasam soup was a soothing concoction that brought back fond memories and had us wanting more. For starters, we enjoyed the zucca vada, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—just what all dream vadas are made of!

As the main course arrived, we were glad we had come with a huge appetite. We were served a variety of breads, including akki roti, pao, poi, and rice, accompanied by three different curries, paneer gheeroast, and mushroom pepper roast. The meal concluded with delectable Goan desserts like bibinca, alle belle, and mango payasam. Safe to say, this was the best vegetarian meal we’ve had at a coastal fine dining restaurant!

This definitely doesn’t mean that my 2023 was perfect. I had my share of extreme lows! Let’s admit it! Who doesn’t right? After all nobody’s life is perfect. If it was do you think we would appreciate it or be grateful?
