Banana Tikki Chaat | Raw banana cutlets | Jain cutlets

Raw banana 2
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Red chilli 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Black salt 1/4 tsp
Dry ginger powder 1/4 tsp
Freshly chopped coriander
Medium hot Oil for frying

For plating
Beaten curd
Coriander chutney
Imli khajoor Chutney
Tomato cucumber and pomegranate
Salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder

Strawberry 10
Milk 500 ml
Soaked cashews 5
Soaked Dates 2
Sugar 1 tbsp
Ice cubes 4
Chopped cashews for garnish

Amla Pickle : Recipe to include this super food in your daily meals | Amla ka Achaar | Gooseberry Pickle Recipe

Note: Can be stored and consumed for months is properly soaked in oil .

Preparation Time - 10-15 minutes
Ingredients:
Gooseberry (Amla)- 10 Pieces
Green Chilli - 10
Mustard Seeds - 1 Tbsp
Yellow Mustard Seeds -1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds -1 Tbsp
Kalonji - 1tsp
Fennel Seeds 1 Tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Turmeric Powder -1/2 Tsp
Hing 1 Pinch
Red Chilli Powder -2 Tsp (Optional)
Juice Of 2 Lemons
Mustard Oil -1 Cup
Salt To Taste

Benefits:

Chocolate Chikki Cups

Ingredients for dryfruit chocolate chikki cups

Cashews 1/2 cup
Almond 1/2 cup
Jaggery chopped 3/4 cup
Ghee 1 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Chocolate 1 cup
Oil 1 tbsp

- Roast almonds and cashews for 3-4 minutes until they start to brown
* Take them out of the pan
* Add the ghee followed by chopped jaggery and let it melt,
* Cook on low-medium for 2 minutes or until it thickens up and caramelizes
* Check if it's done or not by adding some of the mix in water - if the jaggery becomes solid and cracks - it's ready
* Add dry fruits and quickly mix it up
* This mix starts setting fast so be ready with everything
Set it in cup cake liners .. keep aside for 10 mins
Now , melt chocolate along with 1 tbsp of oil (for smooth and lumpfree chocolate) in microwave or duble boiler
Pour melted chocolate over set chikki
And let it set for an hour in refrigerator
After one hour they are readddyyy….!!

NEW RECIPE FROM A VERY FAMOUS CHEF VEGGIES TANDOORI SAUCE

INGREDIENTS TO SAUTÉ VEGETABLES
Butter 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper Powder ½ Tsp
Salt ½ Tsp
Mixed Bell peppers ½ Cup
Cauliflower 1/2 Cup (Blanched)
Carrots ¼ Cup
NOTE: Alternatively You Can Also Use ( Zucchini, Mushroom, Babycorn, Broccoli)
INGREDIENTS FOR TANDOORI SAUCE
Butter 2 Tbsp
Ginger & Garlic 1 Tsp Each
Whole Wheat Flour 2 Tbsp
Milk 500 Ml
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder 1 Tsp
Roasted Kasuri Methi 1/4 Tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp
Salt to Taste
Fresh Coriander Leaves Small Handful (Chopped)
**
1. Set a wok over high flame & once it gets hot add butter into it .
2. Once the butter is hot add vegetables along with salt and pepper & cook over high flame, toss all the veggies over high flame for a minute.
3. Your tossed veggies are ready, set them aside until you make the tandoori sauce.
4. Heat a pan well & add butter into it, once the butter melts add in the flour, mix well & cook over low flame until the texture of the flour becomes sandy.
5. Once the flour becomes sandy, add the milk in batches while whisking it continuously, make sure there no lumps, whisk the sauce until it becomes smooth.
6. Once the sauce becomes smooth, add all the powdered spices & stir well, continue to cook the sauce over medium flame for 2-3 minutes then add in the tossed veggies, stir well & cook for 1-2 minutes. switch off the flame.
7. For smoky flavour, place a bowl with a small piece of live charcoal over the sauce & pour melted ghee on top of it, cover the pan with a lid & leave it for 1 minutes.
8. Remove the lid charcoal too, then switch on the flame , Taste the sauce & adjust salt to your preference, add chopped coriander
9. Your veggies in creamy tandoori sauce are ready.
Serve it as it is or with steamed rice, spinach rice or you can even add boiled pasta to make Pasta in tandoori sauce.

Ingredients:
- 2 cup soaked sabudana (tapioca pearls)
- 3 medium-sized potatoes, boiled
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, coarsely ground
- 2 green chilies finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder , few chopped curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
- sendha namak to taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Wash the sabudana under running water until the water runs clear. Soak them in water for about 4-5 hours or until they become soft. Drain the water completely.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, coarsely ground peanuts, chopped green chilies, chopped curry leaves, chopped coriander , pepper powder , and sendha namak . Mix everything well to form a dough-like mixture.

3. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into round patties.

4. Heat oil in a pan for frying. Once the oil is hot, gently slide the prepared vadas into the oil. Fry them on medium heat until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides. Make sure to fry them in batches, without overcrowding the pan.

5. Remove the fried vadas using a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

6. Serve the sabudana vadas hot with vrat ki chutney or curd

Enjoy your homemade Sabudana Vadas!

Note: Sabudana vadas are often enjoyed during fasting days in Indian cuisine, as they are made using ingredients allowed during fasting periods.
