WILD TULIPS OF KASHMIR.
Wild Tulips at MUNPORA District PULWAMA.
Me and my two colleagues Muhammad Latif Rather and Tanveer Ahmad Jan went to see these tulips at the beautiful hillock (wooder) of Munpora.
Kashmir is known for its beautiful tulips, and Munpora in Pulwama is one of the places where you can find wild tulips. These tulips are a species of tulip called Tulipa fosteriana, which are native to the region. They have bright red petals with a yellow center and are known for their vibrant colors.
During the spring season, which is from March to May, the hillsides of MUNPORA are covered in a blanket of red and yellow as the wild tulips bloom. The sight is truly breathtaking, and it is no wonder that the region is a popular destination for tourists during this time.
However, it is important to note that the wild tulips of Kashmir are a protected species, and it is illegal to pluck them or damage them in any way. So, if you plan on visiting MUNPORA PULWAMA to see the tulips, please ensure that you do not harm them and respect the local laws and customs.

GUREZ Valley is famous for scenic beauty all over the world.

Merchants and traders would travel through Gurez, bringing with them goods such as silk, spices, and precious stones.
Today, Gurez is known for its natural beauty, with its stunning mountain vistas, clear streams, and lush green forests. The town is a popular destination for trekkers, hikers, and nature lovers, who come to enjoy the scenic beauty of the region.
