TDP YELLOW ARMY
Big relief for ... Rs 1200 crore arrival in a single day!
This is not money that came from the Center as a loan or a grant. This is money paid by the people of the state. Yes, the money paid by those who registered lands and fields across the state on Friday alone. That too is the money deposited with the government until 5 pm, revenue department officials said. From Saturday (February 1), land prices are increasing in the state. With this, registration charges are also being increased.
This matter has been highlighted by the media for the past four days. Ministers have also mentioned it. In this context, middle and upper class people who thought that registration prices and land prices would become more burdensome if they were increased, started new purchases on Friday. Among these, even after five o'clock in the evening, the registrar offices were crowded in major cities like Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Kurnool , Rajahmundry, Eluru, Kakinada.
With Magha Masam, and Friday being a good day, and the prices increasing by dawn, those who buy land and those who buy apartment flats lined up in queues. As a result, officials said that the amount deposited with the revenue department till 5 pm was more than Rs 12325 crore. However, they said that there were more people waiting and in this context, there is a possibility of allowing online registration charges till 12 midnight. With this, it was estimated that another two or three hundred crore rupees would increase.
This is the first time in recent times that such a huge income of one thousand crore rupees has been generated in a single day. With this, the government has got a financial breather. Moreover, the revenue sources said that it has become more convenient as this money belongs entirely to the government and there is no need to make any payments to anyone. Meanwhile, it is noteworthy that those who buy land have increased in the context of Chandrababu's Vision 2047 and development. Similarly, it is remarkable that even the apartments under construction are getting wings.
