Big relief for ... Rs 1200 crore arrival in a single day!

This is not money that came from the Center as a loan or a grant. This is money paid by the people of the state. Yes, the money paid by those who registered lands and fields across the state on Friday alone. That too is the money deposited with the government until 5 pm, revenue department officials said. From Saturday (February 1), land prices are increasing in the state. With this, registration charges are also being increased.
This matter has been highlighted by the media for the past four days. Ministers have also mentioned it. In this context, middle and upper class people who thought that registration prices and land prices would become more burdensome if they were increased, started new purchases on Friday. Among these, even after five o'clock in the evening, the registrar offices were crowded in major cities like Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Kurnool , Rajahmundry, Eluru, Kakinada.

With Magha Masam, and Friday being a good day, and the prices increasing by dawn, those who buy land and those who buy apartment flats lined up in queues. As a result, officials said that the amount deposited with the revenue department till 5 pm was more than Rs 12325 crore. However, they said that there were more people waiting and in this context, there is a possibility of allowing online registration charges till 12 midnight. With this, it was estimated that another two or three hundred crore rupees would increase.
This is the first time in recent times that such a huge income of one thousand crore rupees has been generated in a single day. With this, the government has got a financial breather. Moreover, the revenue sources said that it has become more convenient as this money belongs entirely to the government and there is no need to make any payments to anyone. Meanwhile, it is noteworthy that those who buy land have increased in the context of Chandrababu's Vision 2047 and development. Similarly, it is remarkable that even the apartments under construction are getting wings.

Yesterday in Kanchikacharla Mandal she is First Class Magistrate. Today, in connection with the ACB (Anti-Corruption Bureau) she is in the sub-jail in Vijayawada.

It's a situation where one doesn't know how anyone's life can change in a single day.
The Kanchikacharla Mandal MRO (Mandal Revenue Officer) incident is an example of how severe the consequences can be if one becomes arrogant due to having authority. In yesterday's ACB case, regarding a passbook matter, she was caught red-handed while demanding Rs. 1 lakh and accepting Rs. 30,000. On the same day, around Rs. 50,000 (in total) that she had collected from those who came to her office was also found in the counter near her chair, leading to the current case.

she experienced bad with her family members while going to the sub-jail is really indescribable.

Even now, if government officials would take this matter into consideration and conduct themselves with the awareness .
Let's see whether they will do justice to the people or accept to go to jail like with tagline "Vasool Rajas"

Insults and humiliation suffered by Chandrababu have become a shield for him and have led to his victory, said former MLA Kasu Mahesh Reddy. He analyzed the reasons for the defeat of the YSRCP in the recent general elections. Kasu Mahesh Reddy, who contested from the Gurajala Assembly constituency as a YSRCP candidate, lost by a huge margin.

Kasu Mahesh Reddy attributed the defeat to the insults and humiliation suffered by Chandrababu, including his arrest, and the comments made by some YSRCP leaders. He said that Chandrababu's arrest and the comments made by some YSRCP leaders had hurt the self-respect of the people, leading to their defeat.

He also mentioned that the sale of low-quality liquor and the change in the liquor policy had affected the party's prospects. The government's decision to sell low-quality liquor had affected the party's image, and the change in the liquor policy had led to a loss of support from the people who were involved in the liquor trade.

Kasu Mahesh Reddy also mentioned that the sand policy and the land titling issue had affected the party's prospects, particularly among the poor and other vulnerable sections of society.

"Teacher to Home Minister! Payakaraopeta MLA Vangalapudi Anita has been appointed as Home Minister. Vangalapudi Anita is the only MLA from the united Visakhapatnam district to get a ministerial berth. Despite many senior leaders in the united Visakhapatnam district, Chandrababu has given the ministerial post to Anita, who has shown loyalty to the party. This time, she has been made the Home Minister alone.

Anita has created history by winning with a record margin of 43,727 votes in the Payakaraopeta assembly constituency in the 2024 elections. She has become the first minister from the united Visakhapatnam district and has also become the Home Minister.

Anita started her political journey with the TDP and became an MLA for the first time in 2014. She worked for the development of the Payakaraopeta constituency from 2014 to 2019. In the 2019 elections, she was shifted to the Kovvur constituency by the TDP leadership. Although she lost in the 2019 elections, she continued to work for the TDP.

Anita has also worked as the president of the Telugu Mahila Rashtriya State. She has been countering the policies of the YCP government and has been vocal about it on social media. Despite facing trolling on social media, she has not backed down.
