Parth Vyas (.muni) is the author of KAMDAHAN (કામદહન), a novella (લઘુ નવલ) in Gujarati language, published in Rasrang (રસરંગ) - the Sunday magazine of Divya Bhaskar newspaper for 8 consecutive Sundays, starting from 22 June 2025. He undertook severe penance to acquire absolute knowledge. But his crusade is interrupted by none other than the god of love, Kusumayudh, as he falls in love on his

journey. Ignoring the rush of feelings, the sage finally achieves his destination and creates one of the greatest Veda, The White Yajurveda. Still the world questions its credibility and terms The Black Yajurveda superior. They ignore his teachings and gives in the lust of wealth that system created by Dr. Torquessor offers. The system is crafted with such expertise that people become its slaves without even realizing it. And by the time they understand reality, they have become too much dependent on it and ignorant about the real knowledge. The knowledge that sage yajnyavalkya has preserved in his library, waiting for the one that seeks knowledge & wisdom and not petty certificates by the system. Twenty years have passed since the millennium and humans are still captured by blind lust and greed. Dr. Torquessor has hidden all the knowledge through patents and he offers people crippled progress & development with promises of great wealth and in turn steals their creativity. But Kusumayudh, now reborn as a mortal in the walled city declares rebellion against it and along with the group of Rider Stoners, he trolls the followers of system into creative traps and tricks. They release bugs into the system and tease the chasers while dragging them inside the walled city. Which is now abandoned by people as they chose to live in the caged city, created by Dr. Torquessor. That’s when Kusumayudh confronts his history and legacy of the secret magic chillum, how he was burned to ashes when Shiva opened his third eye and the power of extreme creativity and truth that is hidden in clues from his previous incarnations as a mortal.
