Another primary responsibility of a social media consultant could be helping to develop and oversee social media communities dedicated to an organization's brand. I will monitor the communication on these communities and respond to customer questions and complaints. Other of my duties may include collaborating with marketing or sales staff to create consistent message delivery across platforms and developing methods to analyze the performance of social media campaigns. As a social media consultant, I must be aware of developments in the industry, including what competitors are doing, and be able to recommend improvements to organizational management. I am an Internet Consultant for more than 25 Years, during my studies in Communication and Marketing in the mid 90s it was the beginning of internet. From the beginning I was seeking the possibilities to talk with people from all over the world. It was the Birth of Chat, after a few year a very close friend that was working at Zapa Digital told me to download ICQ, this is how I have find myself testing the chat software that revolutionised the internet and created the therm Virtual Community. When most of internet experts were Surfers I came from Swimming Pools,
I am in swimming pool business since I was a kid and till now. This is my way to smell fresh air, make some physical efforts and meet interesting people. After my Studies, I did work as User Experience Consultant for a Ronald Lauder media company. During this activity I have create b2b platforms, installation softwares for large companies like MediaMarkt.com, isfar.co.il for FIFA B2B platform, ArchPro, Netvision and a lot, a lot of startups. During those years I have find out that my most powerful skills were my abilities to create virtual communities and maintain them. MediaMarkt marketing staff wanted to keep their clients close to them even when they were leaving the physical shop (they were not much e-shops at those times) So my idea was to give CD ROMs with a personalised chat software MediaMarkt when clients were leaving the shop.This how I have build a virtual community and maintain it alone chatting with a lot of people simultaneously finding my self hours alone in a room of our offices plenty of big servers and screens. The success of the birth of this Virtual Community was an enlightenment as an internet consultant. During 2012 I had a personal crisis that made me stop my work on the net when I was expecting that the video will be the next tool for converting users into clients. I have to sop projects of creating videos that would increase conversion rates of web companies. At the same time it was the explosion of FaceBook that for me was a merge of a lots of start ups that I’ve meet at the late 90’s, a total revolution for me and my experience of Virtual Community that has mutated to Social Media. The last 3 years I have concentrate myself on Instagram and have work for several clients on this platform. The Fact that Communication, Advertisement, Marketing, Creativity and the need to be Loved (that is not always a good thing) are my Passions,
makes me an Expert in the Services I am Proposing. Experience and Love Make the Difference
