When Chris Berry applied to be part of this year’s Fleadh Cheoil he did so on the proviso that he would take to the stage with a full band behind him. However, at that time he didn’t really have a band to perform with.

But having been confirmed for a prime time slot at the Gig Rig on the Quay, the Wexford town native quickly got to work, assembling a group of gifted musicians for a show which is expected to draw upwards of fifteen thousand people.
