In an excellent game of football played under ideal conditions, Mayo recovered from going a goal down to being level at half-time through a fantastic Sadhbh McDonagh strike. Mayo upped the ante in the second half to run out worthy 3-1 winners with further goals by Laoise Heneghan and the very impressive Anna Holmes.
