We're excited to be working on our latest video marketing series for the . The project highlights the range of LEO financial grants/supports through 10 testimonial videos from successful business owners across the Midlands.

So far, we've had the pleasure of visiting Wholesome Kitchen (Restaurant, Mullingar), Zeon Healthcare Ltd (Nutraceutical company, Mullingar), Structural Innovate (Engineering company, Moate), Spirit Clothing (Men’s & Women’s Wear, Longford), and Glass Innovations (Glass Decorating company, Ferbane).

A big thank you to the entrepreneurs who generously shared their positive experiences working with their Local Enterprise Offices. And thanks to Kenneth Cassidy and Ian McNamara for helping out in the camera department and taking these behind-the-scenes shots. And that's a wrap on the Longford Works video marketing project. The objective of this project is to promote remote working hubs in County Longford. Throughout May, we shot 3 testimonial videos and 5 promo videos at numerous facilities in Abbeyshrule, Ardagh, Edgeworthstown, Moydow, Moyne, and Mullinalaghta.

We met some great people, caught a few sunny days and saw some parts of the county I never knew existed. It has to be said, that Ardagh is one of Ireland's best-kept secrets. It's one of the most picturesque villages I've come across in this little county of ours.

Thanks again to Christine Collins and Longford Council for entrusting King Tree Media to deliver this video marketing series. It's a great project to be involved in and we're delighted to be a part of it. Thanks also to Ken Cassidy for his help in the Camera Department.

A few more behind-the-scenes from our latest project; a Social Media Ad for the Swoopet 3-in-1 Retractable Dog Leash. It was our first time shooting a product in a setting. It was exciting to see the shots you can get with a simple turntable, a good lens and a bit of jiggery-pokery in post-production.

I was a little apprehensive about our shoot over the weekend just gone for two reasons: first, the weather, and second, my first time working with an animal, that animal being a dog, called Alfie. As it happened, there was nothing to worry about. The weather was glorious and Alfie put in a stellar performance. The shoot, I'm delighted to say, couldn't have gone better. It was also great to get the collaborate with actor Elliot James once again, the star of my last short film, Wormhole in the Washer.

This was Shoot Day 2 on a Social Media Ad for the Swoopet 3-in-1 Retractable Dog Leash, soon to be unleashed onto the market (pardon the pun).

Thanks a million to Elliot James; Alfie O'Brien, the Cockapoo; John and Sarah O'Brien; and Ian McNamara for helping out in the camera Department. Thanks also to Hugh O'Rourke for trusting King Tree Media to market his innovative product. And finally, thanks to all the staff at Belvedere House & Gardens for being so accommodating. No better place to be when the sun is shining.

That's a wrap on the Midland Hubs Video Marketing Series. We finished shooting this week on location at the CUBE Centre, Portlaoise.

It has been a fantastic project to be involved in. We saw some cool locations and met some really sound people who are very passionate about promoting their co-working hubs. Thanks again to Michael Newham of Midland Hubs for commissioning King Tree Media to deliver this project. Thanks also to all the Hub Managers, representatives and contributors who starred on the other side of the lens. And to Ken Cassidy for capturing the project and his assistance in the camera department.

Thanks to for entrusting to produce a series of marketing videos promoting some of their fantastic facilities in the Midlands. So far, we have had the pleasure of working with the management and staff at Bloom HQ, Mountrath, The Junction, Tullamore, e-Hive, Edenderry, Stream, Birr, the EDI Centre, Longford and the e-working Centre, Mullingar. Next up are The Yard Hub, Abbeyshrule, CO: WORX, Edgeworthstown and the Milltown Rathconrath Community Hub. It's been a total joy shooting this project to date.

We had a great night at the 13th Underground Cinema Awards at the Royal Marine Hotel, Dún Laoghaire, topped off with award wins for BEST COMEDY & BEST EDITOR (Paireac Keane).

Thanks again to all the Wormhole cast and crew, whose collective effort contributed significantly to winning the award for Best Comedy, particularly Elliot James, who gave a stellar comedy performance in the lead role. Congrats lso to all the nominees and winners on the night, and thanks a million, Dave Byrne and the Underground Cinema Team, for organising another fantastic event.
