The rate of pay is determined by sales, except advertising, which is arrived at through negotiation with the client. • Workshops and Photo Shoots – we use these to get images with which we promote the talent. • Featured Shoots – Photo Shoots for which we use featured models, who we help to get paid bookings. • Promotional Modeling - models promote a product for a client and are paid the local going rate. We are a network of industry professionals divided into geographic teams, designed to promote each individual's talent and propel one another toward our prospective goals. We create our own events, usually with a charity attached, like networking parties, fashion shows, dinners, even charity car washes. For those events, the models get a share of the revenue.
