“He’s not going to be serving anything for Joe.”

The family of Joe Drennan, a talented UL journalism student, has spoken out against the six-and-a-half-year sentence given to the man responsible for his death in a hit-and-run. Kieran Fogarty, who was driving while disqualified and on bail, will serve his sentence concurrently with an eight-year fi****ms conviction—leaving the Drennan family questioning whether justice has truly been served.
