📢Angus to the Fore Podcast📢
Today we are looking back on our second Angus to the Fore podcast episode which featured ICBF geneticist Clodagh Ryan.
Eoin had a very interesting conversation with Clodagh during which they discussed various topics, including the many ICBF indexes and values, the Tully progeny test centre, Angus genetics, the topical issue of methane emissions and much more.
In the video clip below Clodagh speaks about reducing climate emissions and how improved genetics is helping to meet the ambitious climate targets.

📢ANGUS TO THE FORE PODCAST📢
Following our final interview last Friday, we have now completed all stages of the Certified Irish Angus Beef Schools Competition. It has been an incredible experience to participate in this competition and we are delighted to have made it this far.
Over the next couple of weeks, in the lead-up to the awards ceremony in Croke Park on March 7th, we will be looking back on all 12 podcast episodes we produced as finalists.
Our first-ever guest on the podcast was renowned Aberdeen Angus breeder John Elliot. The Scottish breeder, who owns the famous Rawburn Aberdeen Angus herd, chatted to Eoin for over an hour about his herd, feed efficiency, genetics and the Angus breed.
