We are very excited to be taking part in three events during Dublin Book Festival 2024! To celebrate turning 40 join us for the Launch of Tidings, an anthology of Irish Christmas Stories and essays.

You can catch Martina Devlin, author of Charlotte, in conversation with Nuala O’Connor and Emily Hourican on Women in History.

James Crombie’s Murmurations Exhibition will also feature in the Festival Hub from Nov 8th-10th. It’s not to be missed!

It’s launch season, and we can’t wait for the publication of Angela Byrne’s fascinating new book Anarchy and Authority at Hodges Figgis, Dawson Street, Dublin, on Thursday the 3rd of October.

Byrne has expertly and intimately woven together stories of the lives of Irish men and women who ventured into the Russian empire of the 18th and 19th centuries, and witnessed some of the most momentous changes of those tumultuous years. The book sheds new light not only on Irish lives and how they were part of the fabric of that empire, but on the lives of Irish women in particular, and how they bore witness to history and made themselves part of it.
