Ganito ang naging pahayag ng aktor at singer na si Darren Espanto matapos siyang "ma-hard launch” kahapon bilang It’s Showtime host.
“Sobra ’yung hard launch ko. Dito pa talaga sa GMA Network, so ’yun, nakakakilabot. It’s official, I’m part of the Showtime family na talaga. [...] Wala nang atrasan ’to, totoo na siya,” wika ni Darren sa isang ekslusibong panayam ng ABS-CBN News.
“Very welcoming naman po sila… Hindi nila pinaparamdam sa akin na dapat kinakabahan ako, dapat ganito ’yung pagho-host. They just let me do my thing and even off-cam… parang pamilya lang din that’s why it was easier for me to be able to connect with them and jive with them din,” dagdag pa niya.
Matatandaan na nakatakda nang umere ang It’s Showtime sa GMA Network simula April 6 matapos isagawa ang kanilang contract signing kahapon.
