Simple brunch.. gotta use that Katokkon aka Cabe Toraja aka (maybe) Scotch Bonnet peppers in use for Spicy "Sambal" 🔥🔥🥵 😂 with Bandeng Presto Goreng (Pressure Cooked Milkfish then deep fried) + rice.. yummm 😋 Missing "Kerupuk" (crackers) 😂😂

It's been a while I haven't been in the kitchen cooking, yep I'm a very moody & lazy cook.. I only cook when I'm in the mood and that doesn't happen very often 😂🤣

And today that cooking mood came.. so I made Indonesian dish from Central Java called : "Tongseng" for dinner 😋

Instead of mutton or beef, I used chicken, coz that's all I had in the fridge 😁
Missing 🍅 Lemongrass & Kaffir Lime leaf and probably other ingredients... but surprisingly it's still taste yummyyyyy!! 😋❤️
