Resep Tahu Rambutan by Arief Rahman‎

Bahannya:

8 kotak tahu putih
4 siung bawang putih
Merica secukupnya
Garam dan gula secukupnya
11/2 sdm tepung terigu
Mie yg mentah atau mie kering(hancurkan)
Telur puyuh direbus

Caranya:

Bawang putih di uleg sampai halus masukkan ke tahu putih tadi. Kemudian masukkan bahan semuanya terus di remas sampai menyatu semuanya.untuk rasa sesuai selera
Kemudian ambil sebagian adonan tahu tadi .pipihkan lalu masukkan telur puyuh kemudian dibikin bulat
Setelah bulat taruh di atas mie yang sudah diremas tadi guling guling kan kemudian digoreng sampai warna sedikit kecoklatan
