👑🇬🇧👑"Grief is the price we pay for love." 🕊
The world has changed, forever. Although we all knew this day would come nobody was really prepared for all this overwhelming emotions coming from all around the world. Queen Elizabeth II was way more than just a head of State or a symbol of an institution, she was above all of this. She represented a monumental figure, a rock out of time and space.
Her dignity, her sense of duty, her sense of humor: we all will miss this.
She was like a reassuring costant in a very fragile world where we can't rarely on anything or anyone.
It's easy to forget that she was a human being: a mother, grandmother, a great-grand mother, an aunt, a cousin and my thoughts are for everyone who lost a special person in their lives and who can't even really greve because of all the ceremonies and duty to be fulfilled.
I wanted to share this beautiful pictures of the Queen with our wonderful Princess of Wales. It was quite obvious they had a very strong relationship and the utterly respect they had of each other.
Goodbye ma'am it has been truly an honour.
" Heavy is the head that wears the crown ": now you can finally rest and find the peace which perhaps she, in a way, lost when she ascended to the throne with a responsibility she wasn't supposed to bear in the first place.
