INBA Magyar bajnok I’m Csaba Miskolczi, bodybuilding competitor from Hungary. I was born in 1989, Debrecen.

I’ve been disabled since I was born, but sports were always part of my life. At first, for treatment purposses, I went different kinds of physiotherapy classes since I was five years old, and after that at the age of ten, I met parasports.At the begining, I was swimming, and after a quite long break and a surgery at the age of 19, I went to the gym for the first time, due to my doctors suggestion.

I liked it quite a lot. I turned to Béla Kathi, and asked him about my chances in the world of weights. We’d been working together for about 4 years, and this is how I became disabled benchpresser.The big change came at January, 2014, when I decided to try disabled-bodybuilding, and for that, I applied to Kornél Bohos. He was coaching me during my training. He was on the opinion, that my form should be enough for being a competitor. In January, 2015, we started the actual preparing for the season. My first competition was the INBA Hungarian Championship, where I finished at the first place.About my further plans, I’d like to be participating in the next year’s INBA World Chanpionship, popularize parasports, and motivate people to do sports.
